Each position at OC San is referred to as a classification. Each position also has a classification specification that provides a summary of duties, required qualifications, physical demands, and the working environment.

Each classification at OC San has a pay range matrix (salary schedule) which includes a minimum and maximum.

Board Stipends
OC San Board members are compensated $330.75 per meeting. They may be compensated for up to six meetings a month (the average per month is 2.) The Board Chairperson may be compensated for up to ten meetings per month. They receive no health insurance benefits.

We are required to submit this information to the Controller each year but they are responsible for updating their site with the most current information.
