The latest 2025–2026 Beach Report Card from Heal the Bay is out, and several beaches in OC San’s service area were recognized for excellent water quality!

Heal the Bay grades beaches along the West Coast based on water quality during summer dry weather, winter dry weather, and wet weather conditions. This year, eight Orange County beaches earned spots on the Honor Roll, including four beaches within OC San’s service area in Huntington Beach and Sunset Beach. To make the Honor Roll, beaches must receive an A+ grade in all conditions with no bacteria exceedances all year long.

These results reflect OC San’s ongoing work to protect local waterways and marine life through programs like our Dry Weather Urban Runoff Program, Ocean Monitoring Program, and the dedication of our staff. To read the full report card, click here
