OC San has once again been recognized with the Award for Outstanding Achievement in Popular Annual Financial Reporting by the Government Finance Officers Association. The award honors OC San’s Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR) for fiscal year 2024–2025, which presents key financial information from the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report in a clear, concise, and reader-friendly format.

To be eligible for this national recognition, OC San first earned the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for its Annual Comprehensive Financial Report. The Popular Annual Financial Report was then evaluated based on criteria including reader appeal, understandability, accessibility, and creativity.

Receiving this award reflects OC San’s ongoing commitment to financial transparency, accountability, and making important financial information easy for the public to understand.
