OC San’s 2025-26 Annual Report is now available, showcasing the expertise and dedication that make our mission possible.

Over the past fiscal year, OC San has celebrated numerous achievements, including managing more than 80 active Capital Improvement Program projects, with spending totaling $310 million. These investments support critical infrastructure projects that protect public health and the environment through reliable and efficient wastewater treatment.

We’ve also explored two innovative technologies that transform how biosolids are managed—Supercritical Water Oxidation and Deep Well Injection. Through both approaches, OC San is preparing the future of solids management and advancing sustainable solutions for our community.
