We’re proud to announce that OC San’s Headquarters has officially achieved Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold Certification! This distinction is a significant milestone in OC San’s ongoing commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.

Awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council, LEED Gold Certification recognizes buildings that meet rigorous standards in various categories like water efficiency, indoor environmental quality, and energy and atmosphere. Achieving Gold status reflects the thoughtful planning, innovative solutions, and collaborative effort that went into creating a Headquarters that brings together more than 300 employees.

Completed in 2024, the Headquarters features the most environmentally friendly features and materials, including a hybrid of mass timber columns and decking combined with exposed steel-braced framing. In addition to using sustainable materials, the Headquarters uses hot water from Reclamation Plant No. 1 for heating and achieves net-zero energy.
