Thys Devries has been promoted from Principal Human Resources Analyst to Human Resources Manager.

Thys has been with OC San for over 18 years, progressively working his way through various roles in Human Resources after working in Finance for a year.  In his prior position, he provided technical leadership to the employee and labor relations team responsible for critical Human Resources programs and services including labor negotiations, conflict resolution, performance management, leaves administration and workers’ compensation.

He has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Idaho, a master’s degree in Human Resources from Brandman University and multiple certifications, including a Professional in Human Resources certificate from HRCI and a graduate certificate in organizational leadership from Brandman University.
