It has been brought to our attention that there are protesters at OC San facilities related to a union labor dispute with a few electrical contractors. The selection of the Subcontractors for Public Works Projects is done by the Prime Contractor. OC San has no role in it assuming they meet all of our requirements. All contractors and subs go through our evaluations process which includes verification of licenses, safety and debarment information, complying with prevailing wages, and are registered with the Department of Industrial Relations.
