The 2023 OC San Asset Management Plan is now available. This plan is part of the Facilities Master Plan that lays out a 20-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP). The Asset Management Plan assesses the condition of OC San’s existing assets and systems to ensure they can provide the necessary levels of service. The plan includes an inventory of critical assets, an evaluation of their condition and performance, and an implementation plan to maintain, rehabilitate, and replace these assets to meet the required levels of service which is makes up the CIP.
