Ruth Zintzun will be joining the Orange County Sanitation District management team as a Purchasing and Contracts Manager on Tuesday (July 16).

Ms. Zintzun has more than 12 years of public finance, procurement, and government management experience. She previously worked in government organizations including Santa Ana Unified School District as Purchasing Manager, Moulton Niguel Water District as Finance Manager, and Rancho California Water District as Finance and Purchasing Manager. She also worked as a Municipal Financial Adviser in private sector companies including Fieldman, Rolapp and Associates, and Cooperative Strategies.

Ms. Zintzun holds a Master of Mathematics degree from University of Sussex and has recently completed the Chief Business Officer certification course at USC.
