Congratulations to Raul Cuellar on his promotion to Engineering Manager in the Construction Management Division.

Raul Cuellar has been at OC San for more than 19 years; 13 as an OC San employee and 6 previously as a consultant for the Construction Management Division.  He first joined OC San as a Construction Resident  Engineer back in 2008, and has worked in different roles throughout his career at OC San.  During the last three years, he was responsible for the successful delivery and execution of OC San’s 20-year $5.8 Billion Capital Improvement Program (CIP) as the Engineering Supervisor for the Project Management Office (PMO).

Raul has more than 24 years of experience in the engineering and construction of capital projects for both the public and private sectors, is a registered Civil Engineer in California with a Master’s Degree in Construction Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Monterrey Institute of Technology in Mexico.

In his new role, Raul will lead the Construction Management Division overseeing the successful delivery of capital projects as part of OC San CIP Program.  Please join me in congratulating Raul on his promotion.
