ONGOING WORK
Seal Beach Blvd. between St. Cloud Dr. and Lampson Ave. – NIGHTWORK
Manholes are necessary to maintain the regional sewer system. There is a current manhole at the intersection of Seal Beach Blvd. and St. Cloud Dr., the location makes access difficult, dangerous, and impactful to the public. A new manhole will be constructed south of St. Cloud Dr. and the existing manhole will be abandoned. Due to the nature of the work, and to ensure the safety of the crews, this phase of work will require temporary traffic control and lane closures as the activity is occurring.
