Justin Fenton has been promoted to OC San’s Engineering Planning Manager.

Justin has over 17 years’ experience in the execution of capital improvement projects in both public and private sectors. He has been with OC San since 2015 and has held positions in design, construction management, project management, and asset management. In his most recent role as Engineering Supervisor, Justin was responsible for the oversight of both plant and pump station construction projects.

Justin is a Registered Civil Engineer, has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering and a certificate in Project Management.

In his new role in the Planning Division, Justin will be instrumental in the planning and execution of OC San’s large CIP Program.  Congratulations Justin.
