Congratulation to Eros Yong on her promotion to Engineering Manager in the Planning Division.  Eros has been at OCSD for seven years, with the last five years as the Planning Supervisor leading the efforts on the Facilities Master Plan and Asset Management. She first joined the OCSD family as a Project Manager in 2012.

Eros has 15 years experience in consulting, including work on planning, design and construction of wastewater, water, water reclamation, and storm water projects.  Eros has a BS and MS in Civil Engineering from UCLA, specializing in Environmental Engineering.  She is also a Board Certified Environmental Engineer (BCEE) and maintains a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate.

In her new role, Eros will lead the Engineering Planning Division overseeing the Asset Management function for OCSD. Congratulations Eros!
