The Orange County Sanitation District announces John Withers, of the Irvine Ranch Water District Board of Directors, as Chairman and Chad Wanke of Placentia as Vice Chairman of the OC San Board of Directors. Both Mr. Withers and Mr. Wanke are valuable members of the Board with much to contribute, their new positions will take effect July 1.
