OC San and the Orange County Water District (OCWD) are hosting a joint Virtual Tour. Register for this free tour and learn about the successful partnership between the two agencies and how together they built the Groundwater Replenishment System (GWRS), the world’s largest water purification facility for potable reuse. The OC San General Manager, Jim Herberg, will provide an overview and virtual tour of the wastewater treatment and resource recovery facility located in Fountain Valley. OCWD General Manager Mike Markus will discuss its groundwater management operations and guide participants through the operations of the Groundwater Replenishment System.
