Construction of the new Headquarters (HQ) building began in September, and it is expected to be completed in 2023.

To help illustrate what will very soon stand in its place, banners have gone up around the perimeter of the Headquarter Building construction site. You can now see what the building will look like.

We are so excited to see the pictures come to life! The design and technology integrated into the building will provide a world class working environment to accommodate up to 350 staff currently spread out over the 100 acres at Plant No. 1. OC San staff from the current Administration and Human Resources Building, various trailer complexes, and staff at our Mt. Langley property will be brought together under one roof of the new three-story 110,000 square foot building. The new building will also allow us to share more of what we do with the public with the addition of a learning center for our visitors.
