After an extensive nation-wide recruiting effort, we are proud to announce that Assistant General Manager Rob Thompson has been selected as the next OC San General Manager, effective February 10, 2023.
Mr. Thompson has been with OC San for 27 years; he knows the history of the agency and understands the future of the agency. As the Assistant General Manager, Mr. Thompson currently oversees the Operations, Maintenance and Engineering Departments and is extremely knowledgeable in the critical areas of OC San to continue down a path of success.
Our current GM, Jim Herberg, who has been with OC San for more than 30 years is set to retire on February 9, 2023.
